Employee investment account – Set to run over a number of years (vesting period) chosen by the employer (typically 5 to 10 years). Funds accumulated paid to employees who stays with the company throughout the vesting period. Fund accumulated for employees who decide to leave the company before the end of the vesting period is returned to the company. Excellent way to retain and attract employees!
